1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States. We do not offer international shipping to all countries. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact our customer service team at gabriel@tribeofsentinels.com for assistance.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping
    Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days
    (Delivery times may vary depending on location)

  • Expedited Shipping
    Estimated delivery time: 2 to 7 business days
    (Faster shipping available for certain locations)

  • Express Shipping
    Estimated delivery time: 1 to 5business days
    (Available for urgent deliveries)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to changes due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, shipping method, and delivery location. The applicable shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

For a better customer experience, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the United States.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience a slight delay.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order via www.sentinelfight.com.

6. Shipping Delays

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery; however, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather conditions, or any circumstances outside of our control. If you experience a significant delay, please reach out to us for assistance.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at gabriel@tribeofsentinels.com to correct the details before your order is shipped.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your tracking information. We will help file a claim with the carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.

Please retain all packaging material and damaged items for inspection.

Return Policy

Return Policy for Made-to-Order Items

Thank you for shopping with Sentinel Rising. We take pride in creating high-quality, made-to-order products tailored specifically for our customers. Since each item is custom-made, we ask that you carefully review the following return policy before placing an order.

1. Custom Nature of Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are made-to-order, which means they are crafted based on your specifications and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with the item that differs from what was ordered.

2. Order Accuracy

We encourage you to double-check all details of your order (such as sizes, colors, and personalization options) before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately at Gabriel@tribeofsentinels.com within 8 hours of placing the order so we can make any necessary adjustments before production begins.

Once production begins, we cannot modify or cancel your order.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We require the following information to process your claim:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

  • A description of the issue

4. Exchanges

Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, exchanges are generally not possible. However, if there is a sizing or personalization error on our part, we will be happy to correct the item or offer a replacement, at no additional charge.

If you simply change your mind about your purchase after it has been made and shipped, we are unable to accept exchanges for made-to-order products.

5. Refunds

Refunds for made-to-order items are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (due to an error on our part)

  • If we are unable to fulfill the order due to unforeseen circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if the issue is related to a customer error in submitting the order details (e.g., incorrect personalization information, size, etc.).

6. Return Shipping Costs

For returns of defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect order details), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Time Frame for Returns or Claims

All return claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your item. After this period, we cannot process any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
